Our Tenacious Returns Policy (UK Orders Only)

At Tenacity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

1. Request a Return

Email us at tn.tenacityuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return

Items must be in unused, unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

3. Send Your Return

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. You may use any courier of your choice.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please retain your proof of postage/receipt, as we cannot issue refunds for lost returns.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds apply to the cost of the item(s) only—shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
